1. Packaging & Handling
Each artwork is carefully inspected, documented, and photographed before shipment to ensure authenticity and perfect condition.
All pieces are securely packed using professional art-grade materials — including reinforced boxes, moisture-resistant layers, and protective wrapping — to safeguard against any damage during transit.
Shipments are marked as Fragile Art Shipment and handled with the highest standard of care.
Processing begins after full payment confirmation, and each order typically requires 2–3 business days for preparation and packaging before dispatch.
2. Carriers & Delivery Methods
We ship worldwide through trusted couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS, depending on your region.
All deliveries are door-to-door and require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe handover to the buyer or an authorized recipient.
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.
3. Insurance & Tracking
Each shipment includes tracking information that will be shared via email once your artwork is dispatched.
At the artist’s discretion, full shipping insurance may be applied to cover the declared value of the artwork during transit.
Buyers are encouraged to monitor the tracking details and confirm receipt upon delivery.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International collectors are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply in their country.
These charges are not included in the listed artwork price and must be settled directly by the buyer with the local customs office or delivery service.
Shiraz Ocherry Art is not responsible for delays, holds, or additional fees resulting from customs processes, courier issues, or international regulations.
5. Missed or Refused Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails or the package is refused by the recipient, any re-shipping or return costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and that someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.
6. Damage During Transit
Each shipment is fully documented before dispatch.
If your artwork arrives damaged, you must contact Shiraz Ocherry Art within 12 hours of delivery and provide:

Clear photos of the damaged area and the shipping box.

A video or photos showing the unboxing process (if possible).
Claims submitted without sufficient visual proof or beyond the 12-hour window cannot be accepted.
Each case is reviewed individually and at the sole discretion of the artist. Because every artwork is one-of-a-kind, replacements are not possible; in verified cases, a repair, restoration, or partial refund may be offered.
7. Certificate of Authenticity
Every original artwork includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity, confirming its originality and the artist’s authorship.
The certificate may be delivered physically with the artwork or digitally via email — at the artist’s discretion.
If sent digitally, the certificate will be issued only after the buyer confirms safe receipt of the artwork.
The name printed on the certificate will match the name used during purchase, unless the buyer contacts Shiraz Ocherry Art beforehand to request a different name or spelling.
